Is PetPact free?
Yes. Your first pet, the full onboarding flow, your AI care plan, daily tasks, streaks, and reminders are free forever. PetPact Premium adds multi-pet support, GPS walk tracking, the full training library, and health records.
How much does Premium cost?
$7.99/month or $49.99/year. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial — you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
Does it work for cats too?
Absolutely. Cats get their own plans — litter care, play sessions, grooming by coat type — plus cat-specific training lessons like carrier comfort and name recognition.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. PetPact keeps your pets, photos, and records on-device. Photos are only sent to our AI service if you use the optional breed scan, and we never sell your data.
Can my family share the plan?
Yes — the Care Circle lets you invite household members with a simple code so everyone knows who's walked, fed, or trained the pet today.
What devices are supported?
PetPact is a native iOS app for iPhone and iPad, requiring iOS 18 or later. Timed sessions appear on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island via Live Activities.
